| After Business Hours Penalty Fees | All customers must be off the premises of MPE no more than 30 minutes after closing time, or they are subject to a charge of $35 per every 15 minute increment for the first 60 minutes past this time; and $225 per 15 minute increments after that. |

Serving Residents & Businesses
The Metro Hazardous Waste Drop-Off serves both residents and businesses. Businesses must qualify for the business program by completing a short form and then scheduling an appointment to drop off or have waste materials collected.
